Park Insurance is proud to announce the promotion of Chelsea Fitzpatrick to the position of Vice President of Operations / Marketing.
Chelsea began working part-time at Park Insurance in the spring of 2010 while completing her degree. She was instantly enamored by the insurance business, and has spent the last seven years absorbing every possible detail about this ever-evolving business.
She has enjoyed progressively responsible positions in a variety of departments including Autoplan, Personal Lines, Branch Management and most recently in the Commercial Insurance Department.
In addition to her Associate of Arts degree, Chelsea has earned her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation, and is a graduate of the Producer Development Program.
Part of the third generation of Fitzpatricks to make Park Insurance her career, Chelsea was quick to credit her father, Bryan Fitzpatrick, and grandparents, Joe and Beth, for her success. In a heartfelt letter to the Park team she described their profound influence on her life and choice of career. Their values, kindness and support have been key to her growth and success. Chelsea expressed her gratitude to many members of the Park team who have assisted her on her journey, most notably Valerie Jang, Park’s Executive Vice President, whose mentorship she has deeply appreciated.
In her personal time, Chelsea is a volunteer with the WICC (Women in Insurance Cancer Crusade) and uses her impressive creative skills at community events in support of other worthy causes. She is also a proud mom and caring wife, who is deeply appreciative of her incredibly supportive “home team” Gabriel and Eleanor-Lise.
Friends and colleagues describe Chelsea as a highly motivated quick learner. Her thoughtful and generous nature is displayed in her heart-felt desire to use her new position to support and inspire fellow team members and to care for Park’s clients.
“It is with great privilege and true understanding of the responsibility that I take on my new role of Vice President of Operations.” said Chelsea. “My prerogative is to continue the implementation of our values into the lives of our employees and clients, inspiring passion, happiness, innovation, and teamwork.“
