Making a claim is simple and easy.

  • If you are calling between 9:00am and 5:00pm PST, Monday to Friday, please call Park Insurance directly at 1.800.663.3739 and we will start your claim.
  • If you have an emergency claim, after hours, please contact Cunningham Lindsey Claim Services at 1.800.235.8784 and:
    • Identify yourself as a policy holder under the REIN Ultimate Insurance Program.
    • Provide your certificate number which can be found on your insurance documents.
