Multiple Property Discounts
Multiple property discounts are based upon the number of properties that are insured under the Investor Guard and Strata Guard policies:

| Over 17 properties | Gold | 20% |
| Over 8 properties | Silver | 10% |

Optional Deductibles
Optional deductibles are another way to save money on your investment property insurance.

Disappearing Deductible
Strata Guard policies also come with a disappearing deductible, which means that you will not have to pay any deductible for property losses that exceed $10,000, with the exception of losses due to floods and earthquakes.
