ICBC Insurance
- Renewals, Policy Changes, Cancellations, New Plates, Transfer of Ownerships and New Registrations can be done using email/telephone. Simply complete the form on our Autoplan page, and one of our experienced advisors will contact you to complete the transaction.

Pay by Mail
Mail your payment to: Park Insurance Agency, 201-4580 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC V5C 2K4. Make your cheque or money order payable to Park Insurance. Don’t forget to put your insurance policy number on the cheque.

ICBC has made arrangements for most transactions to be done using email/telephone at this time. Just complete the contact form and one of our agents will be in touch as soon as possible.
Once your transaction has been completed, you will receive an email with a copy of the decal and insurance documents. The hard copy of your insurance and the actual decal will then be sent to you by mail. Please keep a copy of your email in your car until your decal arrives.
Yes, ICBC has made provision for those facing financial challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. You may be able to defer your payments for up to 90 days without penalty. You can apply for the ICBC payment deferral on their website.
No, submitting a contact or renewal request via our website or email will not automatically renew your insurance. One of our brokers will respond to your request and complete the renewal with you.
