ICBC Insurance

  • Renewals, Policy Changes, Cancellations, New Plates, Transfer of Ownerships and New Registrations can be done using email/telephone.  Simply complete the form on our Autoplan page, and one of our experienced advisors will contact you to complete the transaction.

  • We are happy to serve you! For payment, quotes, changes, claims or any questions concerning your policy, please call us on 604-659-3130, or email us on info@park.ca.

What should I do if the phone lines are busy?

If we are experiencing heavier than normal call volume, please leave a message, or consider sending us an email at info@park.ca or completing the contact form on our website. One of our brokers will contact you to complete your transaction and answer any questions that you may have. We appreciate your patience at this time and thank you for your continued support.

Have your hours of operation changed?

Yes, we have made some temporary adjustments to our hours of operation in response to the current circumstances. Our phones will be staffed and emails responded to during the following hours:

How can I make a payment?

Monthly payments can be made through automatic deductions from your financial institutions.

Pay by Interac e-Transfer

Please send Interac e-Transfers to payments@park.ca. Please ensure the message includes your account number or policy number or details to help us identify you.

Pay by Mail

Mail your payment to: Park Insurance Agency, 201-4580 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC V5C 2K4. Make your cheque or money order payable to Park Insurance. Don’t forget to put your insurance policy number on the cheque.

How can I purchase or renew my home insurance?

We are happy to serve you! For quotes, purchases, changes, or any questions concerning your home insurance, please call us on 604-659-3130, or email us on info@park.ca.

How can I purchase or renew my car insurance?

ICBC has made arrangements for most transactions to be done using email/telephone at this time. Just complete the contact form and one of our agents will be in touch as soon as possible.

If I renew my auto insurance by phone, how will I get the decal for my license plate?

Once your transaction has been completed, you will receive an email with a copy of the decal and insurance documents. The hard copy of your insurance and the actual decal will then be sent to you by mail. Please keep a copy of your email in your car until your decal arrives.

If I am facing financial challenges due to COVID-19, can I defer my ICBC monthly payment?

Yes, ICBC has made provision for those facing financial challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. You may be able to defer your payments for up to 90 days without penalty. You can apply for the ICBC payment deferral on their website.

If I make an online request for renewal, will my insurance automatically renew?

No, submitting a contact or renewal request via our website or email will not automatically renew your insurance. One of our brokers will respond to your request and complete the renewal with you.
